I educate on how ordinary people can transform their physical health naturally, while at the same time increasing their financial health, which ultimately leads to peace of mind and balanced mental health.
I teach my team how they can create legacy wealth that provides for their immediate family now and for future generations.
My soul objective is to show people the truth about what they can truly achieve once they break the chains of the corporate lies that they have been sold since their school days.

My two passions in life are complementary medicine and technology.
I have dedicated decades of my life to both.
To understand who I am, what is important to me and why I do what I do,
I have created a timeline which will give you some insight into my story.

1984 - 2013
Marial Arts Studies
After watching the Karate Kid, I started my martial arts journey which would last almost 3 decades, achieving the rank of 11th Degree Black Belt- Shihan (Master Instructor).

1996 - Present
Technology Business Consultant
Since 1996, I have been self-employed in the technology space providing a range of consulting services that have evolved in line with the advances in technology. Now my primary focus is online business consulting, software application and systems development.

Broke My Neck
Not to be held back by this minor inconvenience, I continued working while regaining the use of my paralyzed left arm and learning to walk again.

2000
First of 11 Trips To Japan
On my first trip to Japan in 2000, I was awarded the rank of 3rd degree black belt in the martial art of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. This was the first of 11 martial arts training trips to Japan.
My final trip to Japan for martial arts training was 2011, the year of the major earthquake, tsunami and Fukishima meltdown.

Qualified in Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture & Oriental Body Balance (physical therapies).

I treated many thousands of clients in my private practice in Dublin, Ireland.
As happened to many others, Covid forced me to change direction.I now focus on the online aspect of my career, allowing me to help many people across the world.

Cardiovascular Health Screening
Based upon over 72 clinical studies, I created The 90 Day Challenge Cardiovascular Health Recovery Program was created and provided to many suffering with elevated blood pressure and arterial stiffness levels. The program was verified by doctors as being an effective solution to addressing hypertension with the potential to significantly reduce cardiovascular health risks.

Celtic Challenge
I competed twice in this rowing race from Wicklow on the East coast of Ireland across the Irish Sea to Wales on the West coast of the United Kingdom. This is a 24+ hour endurance race that is regarded as the Worlds longest true working race.
